Before moving to North Carolina, Olivia has spent most of her time living in Michigan. She graduated with her BS from the University of Michigan in 2020, and graduated with her MS from Northern Michigan University in 2023. She loves working with & learning about all things plants and invertebrates. Being from the north country, she holds a particular affinity for conifers, and she loves the ecological value and beauty they hold. In her spare time, Olivia loves being outdoors hiking, skiing, or on the water (if there’s a lake, she’s there!), and she dabbles in other hobbies like cheese-making, bagel-baking, and rearranging her furniture.
