Born in Narragansett, Rhode Island, Connor grew up in Proctorville, Ohio. He graduated from Ohio University with his BS in Geological Sciences in 2022 and his MS in Geological Sciences in 2024. After graduation, he served on a conservation corps with Rural Action in Athens, Ohio, where he was introduced to hemlocks and became a huge fan of trees. He is new to western North Carolina and excited to explore the community and outdoors of his new home. In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar, reading, and climbing. His dog Remi moved to WNC with him and enjoys toys, treats, and when Connor gets home from work.
